Crystal Creek Animal Hospital offers Wellness Plans your feline and canine companions. Wellness plans allow you to make low monthly payments to provide routine care for your pets. Members enjoy free services and discounts. Save more when you have multiple pets on plans! A one-time membership fee applies.

Surgery includes pre-anesthetic bloodwork (with blood clotting profile), IV catheter and fluids (helps maintain blood pressure and keep kidneys hydrated); procedure done with a surgical laser, post-surgical cold laser therapy on area. Use of 5-point monitoring system which evaluates ECG, blood pressure, heart & respiration rate, level of oxygenation, and provides warming element. Patients receive pre- and post-surgical pain injections, antibiotic injection during surgery, and pain medication and antibiotics to go home.

• Blood Cell Differential
• Blood Cell Count
• Blood Sample (collect/prep)
• 3 Nail Trims
• 2 Nights of Boarding
• Bath (puppy only)
